  • Next-Day Delivery: We offer next-day delivery on orders totaling over KSh 10,000. For orders below this threshold, standard delivery times and shipping fees will apply and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Locations: We deliver across Kenya. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of the order.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • 60-Day Free Returns: We offer a 60-day free return policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged electronic device, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon verification of the defect.

  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as downloadable software products or items damaged through user mishandling (water damage, screen cracks), are exempt from being returned under this policy.
